Fed up of diets?? Then this post is for you.

From the age of 16, I had severe IBS symptoms which I had not noticed for years. Either of the above mentioned symptoms, I would be having everyday. Getting my bowels cleared in the morning would be a great task. Then I found the root cause, daigonsed it by myself and found the eternal solution. Nowadays, it’s just a two minute routine which was my dream before.

Simple lifestyle changes leads you to happy life always. Because constipation is the root for all diseases.
Let me share some of the lifestyle changes which I made, will be helpful to you if you try them.
Appropriate fueling
If we put in petrol for a diesel car, the engine will be jammed. Our body is meant to eat whole foods rather than packed or processed food products. You read it correctly. Packaged/canned/processed foods such as chips, cookies, soda are not meant for our system and they are merely products of some company which is selling them for a profit. At least once in a meal of your day, try adding wholesome food like Whole wheat/(any whole grain) breads, Vegetable salads, Fresh salmon, tuna and the locally available seasonal fruits (enough fibre) at your geographical region.

Give your body the right fuel. The digestion starts at your mouth. So, while eating, say if you eat veggies or chicken, you will definitely take a minute or two to chew your bite. You will attain satiety easily and eventually your bowel is filled up.

Probiotics and probiotics are must.
Don’t kill your good gut bacteria which are responsible for fermenting your food which came through your mother’s milk by taking antibiotic tablets unnecessarily.
You know something?. The gas sometimes comes from the bad guy bacteria. It actually feeds on refined carbs. So take probiotics such as unsweetened yogurt or curd daily.
Eating celery sticks or chewing a piece of salt coated ginger helps you to trigger the digestive fire according to Ayurveda.

Move your Ass
No matter what your desk job is. You have no right to spoil your body by sitting for more than an hour in a seat. Get up, go for fetching your coffee or keep the water bottle 10 meters away from you. Walk at least for 5 minutes a day. Believe me. Your body will have drastic changes.

Time restricted meals
Set up your bio-rhythm by eating in the same time everyday. One meal or two meal or five meal a day, is not that important. But I stopped eating after 7 o clock in the evening. Your digestion may be slow at night.

But, if your work nature doesn’t allow, drink lukewarm water before going to bed. This is damn simple right!. It works. The next day morning, when you wake up, you will rush to the restroom.
Show stopper — STRESS
No doctor will make you aware of this. Stress comes from all the ways. But we can relieve it in all the ways. More stress = Less or no bowel movements

Stress comes in hidden forms also. Any negative vibes, cortisol will come out in bulk to. That’s how system is built up. Whenever our body enters “Run and protect” mode, we will be stressed, depressed, anxious or confused.
Pre plan your things. Avoid unnecessary conflicts with your mind. Free up your mind. Relaxation will help you. My best relaxation is cleaning my home. To me cleaning is a kind of meditation. Figure out your ways and be stress relieved.
Rest is must
A good night sleep 🥱😴 can help your bowels cleared off. If you are in night shift or you are a night owl, then sleep in the day for at least 5 hours continuously.

No sleep, no poop.
Bonus method
The magic method is,
If it comes, go for it.
If you feel like (the urge) pooping, in the mid of a class, a meeting or a favourite episode, no issues….Just go to restroom. Finish it up and resume your business.
Constipation will never be in your life again if you go for poop when you body asks for it.
Listen to your body first.
Simple equation to follow:
Wholesome and fibrous food (at least in one meal of a day)
+ Water
+ Probiotics
+ prebiotics
+ Enough sleep
+ Relaxed mind
